Remove Messages From Server
Outlook Express 4, 5, & 6 (Windows)
Outlook 2000 (Windows)
- Open Outlook Express. Click the Tools menu and choose Accounts.
- Click the Mail tab. Highlight your Isp City mail account and click the Properties button.
- Click the Advanced tab. Uncheck Leave a copy of messages on server.
- Click OK and close the Internet Accounts window.

Outlook 98 (Windows)
- Open Microsoft Outlook. Click the Tools menu and choose Services.
- Highlight Internet Email and click the Properties button.
- Click the Advanced tab. Uncheck Leave a copy of messages on server.
- Click OK and close the Services window.

Eudora Pro (Windows)
- Open Eudora Pro. Click the Tools menu and choose Options.
- Select the Incoming Mail category and uncheck Leave mail on server.
- Click OK.

Eudora Light (Windows)
- Open Eudora Light. Click the Tools menu and choose Options.
- Select the Checking Mail category and uncheck Leave mail on server.
- Click OK.

Netscape 7
- Open Netscape. Click the Tasks menu and select Mail.
- In the Mail window, click the Edit menu and select Mail/News Account Settings.
- Click the Server category listed under your Isp City mail account.
- Uncheck Leave messages on server.
- Click OK.

Netscape 4.5 - 4.7
- Open Netscape. Click the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
- Select the Mail Servers category under Mail & Newsgroups. You may need to click the plus (+) sign next to Mail & Newsgroups first.
- Highlight your Isp City mail server, and click the Edit button.
- Click the POP tab and uncheck Leave messages on server.
- Click OK, and then OK again.

Netscape 4.0
- Open Netscape. Click the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
- Select the Mail Server category under Mail & Groups. You may need to click the plus (+) sign next to Mail & Groups first.
- Uncheck Leave messages on server after retrieval.
- Click OK.

Outlook Express 5 (Macintosh)
- Open Outlook Express. Click the Tools menu and select Accounts.
- Highlight your Isp City mail account and click Edit.
- Click the Options tab and uncheck Leave a copy of messages on server.
- Click OK and close the Accounts window.

Outlook Express 4.5 (Macintosh)
- Open Outlook Express. Click the Edit menu and select Preferences.
- Select E-mail under the Accounts category. You may need to expand the Accounts category by clicking the triangle.
- If necessary, select your Isp City account from the pop-up menu at the top of the window.
- Click the Advanced button and uncheck Leave a copy of messages on server.
- Click OK, and then OK again.

Eudora Pro (Macintosh)
- Open Eudora Pro. Click the Special menu and select Settings.
- Select the Checking Mail category.
- Uncheck Leave on server for [ ] days.
- Click OK.

OS X Mail
- Open Mail. Click the Mail menu and select Preferences.
- Highlight your Isp City mail account and click the Edit button.
- Click the Advanced Options tab and check the Delete messages on server after downloading option.
- Click OK and close the Mail Preferences window.
